WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT IT:
Dark chocolate can really be polarising - some people love it and others claim to hate it. We suspect those that hate it have never tried our fruity 70% Dark from the jungles of Vietnam. From the the first bite you will be surprised at the 'lightness' of this dark and with no bitter aftertaste or strong tannins that can often accompany dark chocolates, this is a dark chocolate even for the 'haters'!

SHIPPING GUIDELINES:
Despite thoroughly wrapping your order plastic free, shipping chocolate during the summer months in Western Australia may lead to "bloom" on your bars. Chocolate bloom happens when chocolate moves out of temper (melts slightly) usually in temperatures over 30C. The bar is perfectly edible however you may see a white bloom over the surface of the bar, and you may have even seen this on other chocolate bars before not knowing what it was. We monitor temperatures closely especially during summer, so if it looks like a particularly hot week, we may contact you to see if we can hold your order until the hot spell ends.

Instant response kindly saying they would honour me the 20%. Much appreciated. My delivery arrived 3 days later. The 70% dark chocolate was very nice. It did not have an overpowering taste that other dark chocolates have. I enjoyed the subtle flavors and would quite happily buy another block of the dark chocolate.
