Where do we start! This chocolate is all about achieving the perfect balance between sweet and tart/zesty. This chocolate is for those who want to explore their palate and taste buds a little more and are looking for something a little more unusual. The flavours are surprising but also incredibly delicious. This is one for the adventure seekers!

Despite thoroughly wrapping your order plastic free, shipping chocolate during the summer months in Western Australia may lead to "bloom" on your bars. Chocolate bloom happens when chocolate moves out of temper (melts slightly) usually in temperatures over 30C. The bar is perfectly edible however you may see a white bloom over the surface of the bar, and you may have even seen this on other chocolate bars before not knowing what it was. We monitor temperatures closely especially during summer, so if it looks like a particularly hot week, we may contact you to see if we can hold your order until the hot spell ends.

Even if you are not a fan of white chocolate- i urge you to try this delicate favoursome delicousness. Beautiful soft floral top notes with a fruit tingly aftertaste that makes you want to come back for more. Not too sweet and a perfect treat that leaves you satisfied just after one piece.
I have to say a big "Thank you" for replacing those chocolates that were spoilt by the hold up by Australia Post awhile ago. It was very much appreciated.
Not sure how this chocolate is meant to taste as it has definitely been affected by the heat we have just had in Perth. The flavour seems to be Ok but it is very grainy and has some evidence of melting in one spot. Maybe if an ice pack or some insulation had been included it may have mitigated this. Also given how woeful Australia Post has been lately, I would suggest only mailing on a Monday during the summer months. I did appreciate the packaging being recyclable.

Yes, during the warmer months, shipping can be an issue and coupled with the fact that Auspost seems to be taking almost twice as long to deliver these days, there is always the risk that your goodies can be caught in a hotspell, which sounds like may have happened to you! We have investigated cold packs, but these too only last 24-48 hrs and can lead to the problem of creating moisture inside the packaging potentially damaging your chocolate, not to mention the plastic waste they create. Shipping during the cooler months is definitely our preference and we have messaged you privately in regards to a resolution to your experience and your chocolate not arriving as expected. The davidson plum is sweet yet slightly sour, as experience will all plums. The white chocolate brings out more of the sweetness, but doesn’t overpower the fruity flavour. Very nice
