WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT IT:
Dark chocolate can really be polarising - some people love it and others claim to hate it. We suspect those that hate it have never tried our fruity 70% Dark from the jungles of Vietnam. From the the first bite you will be surprised at the 'lightness' of this dark and with no bitter aftertaste or strong tannins that can often accompany dark chocolates, this is a dark chocolate even for the 'haters'!

SHIPPING GUIDELINES:
Despite thoroughly wrapping your order plastic free, shipping chocolate during the summer months in Western Australia may lead to "bloom" on your bars. Chocolate bloom happens when chocolate moves out of temper (melts slightly) usually in temperatures over 30C. The bar is perfectly edible however you may see a white bloom over the surface of the bar, and you may have even seen this on other chocolate bars before not knowing what it was. We monitor temperatures closely especially during summer, so if it looks like a particularly hot week, we may contact you to see if we can hold your order until the hot spell ends.

Not only does this dark chocolate have a gorgeous, almost fruity flavour, but it has the smoothest, meltiest texture, which almost impossible to find in any artisan chocolate. I was devastated when they stopped the stall at Freo markets but can at least stock up online - I'm addicted!

Thank you Elements Chocolate Co. A really good find at Freo Markets a few months ago which led me to order online one block from each of your flavours recently. The package of chocolate arrived looking like it had been 'handled with care', and a nice treat inside. The personal note was a really nice addition. I couldn't wait to try each of the flavours so on arrival day, there was a taste test conducted on each flavour, only one square. I honestly can't name my favourite, they are all so good. Thank you.

I love your dark chocolate, it’s sublime. The white chocolate with finger lime and lemon myrtle is a fabulous combination as well. Delicious! I also love the packaging it’s beautiful, exquisite ( and I am not normally one to take notice of these things). Thank you Hayley and Penny.
