Rich nuttiness with hints of plum & summer fruits. Smooth finish with no bitterness. A very satisfying dark chocolate
WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT IT:
Dark chocolate can really be polarising - some people love it and others claim to hate it. We suspect those that hate it have never tried our fruity 70% Dark from the jungles of Vietnam. From the the first bite you will be surprised at the 'lightness' of this dark and with no bitter aftertaste or strong tannins that can often accompany dark chocolates, this is a dark chocolate even for the 'haters'!
Cocoa Solids, Organic Cocoa Butter, Australian Cane Sugar
May contain traces of nuts & soy
Despite thoroughly wrapping your order plastic free, shipping chocolate during the summer months in Western Australia may lead to "bloom" on your bars. Chocolate bloom happens when chocolate moves out of temper (melts slightly) usually in temperatures over 30C. The bar is perfectly edible however you may see a white bloom over the surface of the bar, and you may have even seen this on other chocolate bars before not knowing what it was. We monitor temperatures closely especially during summer, so if it looks like a particularly hot week, we may contact you to see if we can hold your order until the hot spell ends.
Devoured your delectable 70% Dark Vietnam Dak Nong chocolate! Absolutely divine. So exciting to find a beautiful gift hand made in Western Australia, presents beautifully in stunning packaging. Well done and congratulations Elements!
Thanks so much for your lovely and detailed feedback on our chocolate Kimberley! We really appreciate you taking the time and truly appreciate your support :)
Last night I bought a bar of your 70% Vietnam Dak Nong chocolate from my local bottle shop in Gooseberry Hill. It is always so exciting to find something I love made here in WA. I sampled it this morning as I sipped my Southern forest Green Tea. Fantastic! The packaging is great. The chocolate smells wonderful. The texture was perfect and the taste sublime! I really got the plum notes in it.
i have tried every flavour and they are all deluxe. My favorite would be the Dark Vietnam which went down a treat with a cup of peppermint tea.
Smooth and rich. Not overly powering, but you can definitely enjoy the flavours of the beans. Gorgeous.
What a gorgeous bean this is for a dark chocolate! Apart from the incredibly smooth and rich flavour of this 70% chocolate, the unique bean flavour just shines through and marries so well as a dark chocolate! My other half who is a serious dark chocolate connoisseur gives this a 6 out of 5 star rating! Well done Elements you have done so well putting your first flavours together.. look forward to tasting more when they come!
