WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT IT:
Our honeycomb is handmade by us in small batches from local honey made from the native Australian Banksia flower. The honey flavours really shine through as we believe they should in a properly made honeycomb. We haven't shirked on the amount of honeycomb per bar either! We believe we have struck a magical balance between honeycomb to rich milk chocolate which makes it hard to walk away after just one piece.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES:
Despite thoroughly wrapping your order plastic free, shipping chocolate during the summer months in Western Australia may lead to "bloom" on your bars. Chocolate bloom happens when chocolate moves out of temper (melts slightly) usually in temperatures over 30C. The bar is perfectly edible however you may see a white bloom over the surface of the bar, and you may have even seen this on other chocolate bars before not knowing what it was. We monitor temperatures closely especially during summer, so if it looks like a particularly hot week, we may contact you to see if we can hold your order until the hot spell ends.

This bar was a thank you gift to me and it has been much more than a gift of chocolate. I don’t think the giver realised that she enlightened me to a fabulous local bean to bar producer. It is right up my alley and I am so excited to have made the discovery of someone local doing this. And the packaging is sublime, it really brings me joy. I was struck by the wonderful unique flavours of this honeycomb crunch. Banksia honey is gorgeous coupled with one of the finest milk chocolates I have tasted. This one is worthy of breaking my low sugar diet for.

Now , this company is making chocolate taste like chocolate should taste !!!!! It is divine , and , I feel quite satisfied having just the one piece not half the bar !! Although , a second piece is always acceptable. Well done, on producing a quality product .

Honestly this is one of the best chocolates I have ever eaten. The chocolate is smooth and has a gorgeous flavour and the honeycomb is also smooth, not crunchy and not overly sticky. It's a perfect blend and I adore it!
