FREE SHIPPING on Australian orders over $65
Orders are packed within 2 business days of being received and are shipped using Australia Post.
Please note, if the weather is warm (over 29C), your shipment may be delayed until cooler weather, however, we will always notify you of any shipping delays due to weather.
If sending as a gift we can include a hand written note which can be made as a specific request in the notes section of the checkout.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates start from $9.95 for STANDARD and $14.95 for EXPRESS & shipping is FREE Australia wide on orders over $65.
STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES
Sending within Western Australia:
Metro: up to 2 business days
Country: up to 5 business days
Sending outside of Western Australia to all other Australian States:
Metro: up to 3-6 business days depending on lodgement and destination points
Country: please ask at your local Post Office
EXPRESS POST SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times within Australia using the Australia Post Express Post service are currently taking around 2-5 Business days.
Please Note: We do not ship outside of Australia at this point in time
RETURNS
You may return any unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund at your own expense. Should a return be needed as a result of our own error (you received an incorrect or defective item etc) we will pay the the return shipping costs & arrange any refunds and replacements needed.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
