WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT IT:
Our honeycomb is handmade by us in small batches from local honey made from the native Australian Banksia flower. The honey flavours really shine through as we believe they should in a properly made honeycomb. We haven't shirked on the amount of honeycomb per bar either! We believe we have struck a magical balance between honeycomb to rich milk chocolate which makes it hard to walk away after just one piece.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES:
Despite thoroughly wrapping your order plastic free, shipping chocolate during the summer months in Western Australia may lead to "bloom" on your bars. Chocolate bloom happens when chocolate moves out of temper (melts slightly) usually in temperatures over 30C. The bar is perfectly edible however you may see a white bloom over the surface of the bar, and you may have even seen this on other chocolate bars before not knowing what it was. We monitor temperatures closely especially during summer, so if it looks like a particularly hot week, we may contact you to see if we can hold your order until the hot spell ends.
