WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT IT:
If it was a baked good, this pretty chocolate would be a soufflé! Whilst not aerated, this chocolate gives the feeling of lightness and is reminiscent of fruit tingle sweets. The amazing native Australian Finger Lime is pitted perfectly against the soft lemon notes of the native Lemon Myrtle and is definitely one to remember!

Despite thoroughly wrapping your order plastic free, shipping chocolate during the summer months in Western Australia may lead to "bloom" on your bars. Chocolate bloom happens when chocolate moves out of temper (melts slightly) usually in temperatures over 30C. The bar is perfectly edible however you may see a white bloom over the surface of the bar, and you may have even seen this on other chocolate bars before not knowing what it was. We monitor temperatures closely especially during summer, so if it looks like a particularly hot week, we may contact you to see if we can hold your order until the hot spell ends.

This is it.....not too sweet and the flavour profile is mild and uniquely Australian. It's so so yummy!!!! It would pair well with a cheese board and wine. One of the best I have had for a long long time.

This is an amazing flavour combination. The other reviewer described it beautifully. It is rich and divine. Although a little goes a very long way due it being quite rich. Lovely authentic white chocolate with that unique Australian zing.

This is my new favourite chocolate. I'll happily pay the price for this beautifully zesty, and indulgent, white chocolate block. What an interesting way to spice up a cup of chai tea.
