WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT IT:
If it was a baked good, this pretty chocolate would be a soufflé! Whilst not aerated, this chocolate gives the feeling of lightness and is reminiscent of fruit tingle sweets. The amazing native Australian Finger Lime is pitted perfectly against the soft lemon notes of the native Lemon Myrtle and is definitely one to remember!

Despite thoroughly wrapping your order plastic free, shipping chocolate during the summer months in Western Australia may lead to "bloom" on your bars. Chocolate bloom happens when chocolate moves out of temper (melts slightly) usually in temperatures over 30C. The bar is perfectly edible however you may see a white bloom over the surface of the bar, and you may have even seen this on other chocolate bars before not knowing what it was. We monitor temperatures closely especially during summer, so if it looks like a particularly hot week, we may contact you to see if we can hold your order until the hot spell ends.
